Deposit:
A $100 Non
– Refundable reservation is required to confirm wedding date and
time.
Remaining balance is due along with marriage license’s 30 day
before ceremony.
( Marriage License are Valid for 60 day is the State of Ohio )
Additional Expense:
Mileage of Fifty Cents (. 50 ) per mile after the first 30 miles.
Any services that may require staying overnight or driving further than
30 miles,
Will be discussed and “Fee” amount written during consultation.
These fees will be due 30 days prior to wedding ceremony.
It is understood that any additional services and fees
will be discussed during consultation and written into the agreement
In the event of an emergency where I ( Gilbert Nall ) can not perform
the wedding,
I ( Gilbert Nall ) will notify you as soon as possible and return your
full refund.
All services will performed on a “ Best Effort Basis”

In the event balance is not paid when due, I Gilbert Nall will make
one written attempt to contact the parties involved.
If no reply is received to me within a reasonable time period, I Gilbert
Nall will deem the contract Terminated, and Reservation deposit shall
be forfeited by Applicant.
